The layers are now less now that spring is here. The key word in fashion this season is “unique”. We sometimes tend to gravitate towards the norm. Why not try something different including a top that makes a statement from the back. Dressing to impress can take on a new meaning with a shapewear top that sizzles. The dress is the rage of the runway.  It’s about being sexy, feminine and sophisticated.  As I was reviewing latest collection from Doncaster, I came across a dress that is called the “Miracle Dress”.   If you’re a woman who needs a 9 to 5 and after 5 party time staple, this is it!  The dress has a very chic boat neck design that creates an automatic curve on your frame.  The fabric is AMAZING!  You can sit for hours and it will not wrinkle.

The elasticity of the garment allows you to have an instant shaping solution.  Since owning a little black dress is a requirement for most women, just reinvent the dress periodically with a scarf, handbag, pendant (hot spring trend), or belt and your ready to rock it sister!  Fit advice:  don’t forget nothing makes an outfit more complete than seamless underwear.  A must have for dressing flawless.

In just a few weeks spring will make its debut both on the cat walk and in our own closets.  Ring in the season with a soft, sophisticated lace camisole.  Lace is such a wonderful fabric for it’s not too hot, and can be layered in multiple applications.

If it’s too sheer or you have some fit challenges, then add a shapewear camisole.  If you want to show it off, then add foam lined contour bra that will provide not only lift but incredible shape.  Whatever you decide, lace must be on your list of must have’s for the season.

So many times I have heard my friends and clients mentioning how their shirt or blouse will not stay closed.  It’s a major inconvenience, and totally embarrassing if I may add when it comes to getting dressed for work or just daily in general.  Nobody wants to be constantly explaining why their shirt has ventilation or “issues”.
