Our last blog this month is dedicated to The Gal Walk’s friend and champion Dorit Shapiro. I met Dorit at the kick off of the Franklin Covey Planner for the Gal to Gal organization. Ironically, there was a personal item that belonged to Dorit in the Franklin Planner that I won. I mailed it back to her and told her how she inspired me with her fight. A couple weeks later Dorit passed away. She is missed by so many friends and family members. I challenge everyone to assist organizations like The Gals with their fight to help women. Gal tip: Encourage your friends to get a mammogram. Blessings to everyone!
